Historic Camden is a 501c3 non-profit museum committed to sharing, honoring, preserving, and celebrating the nationally-important story of Camden’s Colonial and Revolutionary War history. We provide programs, tours, and events about our fascinating history to people of all ages. Our holdings include the Kershaw-Cornwallis House and other historic structures, the site of the original fortified town of Camden, and 476-acres of the site of the 1780 Battle of Camden called the Camden Battlefield and Longleaf Pine Preserve. Proceeds from the race will go toward continued preservation and interpretation efforts on the site for the public.
